A kind of spherical 3-DOF parallel manipulator was adopted as the anthropopathic mechanical arms shoulder joint, and the torque transmission capacity evaluation index and the glob torque transmission capacity evaluation index of the spherical 3-DOF parallel manipulator were defined.
分析一种以球面三自由度并联机构为机构原型的肩关节的力矩传递性能,定义其综合力矩传递性能评价指标和全域综合力矩传递性能评价指标,在使全域综合力矩传递性能评价指标较好以及考虑其加工与装配工艺性的情况下,选取了一组合理的肩关节尺度参数并给出一套完整的肩关节设计方案,为拟人手臂的整体研制奠定了基础。
