OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of stepholidine in tablets.

目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱测定千金藤啶碱片含量的方法。

The results showed that l tetrahydropalmatine ( l THP)、 dl tetra hydropalmatine ( dl THP) and l stepholidine ( l SPD), at doses 15, 30, 60 mg·kg -1 respectively, were able to inhibit significantly mice incidence of jumping, frequency of jumping and body weight loss, respectively.

结果表明：ｌ四氢巴马汀（ｌＴＨＰ）、ｌ千金藤啶碱（ｌＳＰＤ）和ｄｌ四氢巴马汀（ｄｌＴＨＰ）３种药物采用１５、３０、６０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１剂量腹腔注射，均可显著抑制小鼠跳台反应，降低跳台次数，减少体重下降。
