The woodworks bonded by phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resin are durable to boiling water and bad weather, and they have high bonding strength, but the PF resin needs high curing temperature and long curing time, and it is high cost.
与脲醛树脂粘粘剂相比,酚醛树脂胶粘剂胶接制品虽然具有耐沸水强度高、耐气候性好、甲醛释放量低等优点,但也存在着固化速度慢、固化时间长、成本高等缺点,不利于胶合板企业生产效率与经济效益的提高,限制了其使用范围的进一步扩大。
探讨了粉状酚醛树脂胶粘剂的制备和性能,研究结果表明,通过适当参数下的喷雾干燥可制得性能较佳的粉状酚醛树脂胶,直接利用粉状酚醛树脂胶所制备的竹大片刨花板性能优于同等条件下液态酚醛树脂胶竹大片刨花板,且达到加拿大标准"CAN3-O437。
