A novel modifier,γ-(phenylethynyl)imidepropyltriethoxysilane(PEIPTES) was synthesized to make modified SiO2 precursor,and then the novel isomeric polyimide/SiO2 hybrid sizing was prepared.
通过合成新型改性剂——(γ-苯乙炔亚胺基)丙基三乙氧基硅烷(PEIPTES)实现对SiO2前驱体的原位改性,制备新型异构聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化浆料,利用元素分析、FT-IR、热重分析等对PEIPTES的结构和性能以及新型杂化浆料的结构进行表征与分析。
Epoxy/nano-SiO_2 hybrid sizing for carbon fiber surface was prepared through sol-gel reaction, the structure and properties of the sizing films were analyzed, and the effects of the sizing on the properties of composites were also investigated.
采用溶胶 凝胶技术制备了环氧 /纳米SiO2 杂化浆料,对杂化浆料膜的结构和性能进行了表征分析,同时研究了该浆料对碳纤维复合材料性能的影响。
