Based on the samples of medium and small size zooplanktons collected by the National Marine Bureau in May, August, November and February, 1981, standing for spring, summer, autumn, and winter respectively, the seasonal variation of meso small copepods (Paracalanus genus) and its dominant species in the southern Yellow Sea and East China Sea (28°-34°N and the west of 127°E) were studied.
根据1981年春(5月)、夏(8月)、秋(11月)、冬(2月)4个航次在黄海南部和东海海域(28°-34°N,127°E以西)的中网标本,研究了中小型桡足类-拟哲水蚤属(ParacalanusGenus)优势种丰度的季节变化和平面分布。

利用常规显微镜直接计数法 ,研究了大连近海两种优势桡足类小拟哲水蚤 (Para calanusparvus)和拟长腹剑水蚤 (Oithonasimilis )在不同温度、饵料密度、光照周期条件下摄食率的变化情况 ,并比较了其对不同饵料———新月菱形藻 (Nitzschiaclostertum)、亚心形扁藻 (Platymonassubcordiformis)、小球藻 (Chlorellasp )、球等鞭金藻 (Isochry sisgalbana)和盐藻 (Dunaliellasp )的选择比例和在同一外界条件下雌、雄成体的摄食率。
