2,7-二溴芴酮的合成研究
With fluorenone as raw material,2,7-dibromofluorenone was directly synthesized by bromination in the presence of acetic acid and absolute sulfuric acid as solvent and iorn/iodine as catalyst.
实验以芴酮为原料,醋酸和发烟硫酸为反应介质,铁/碘为催化剂,直接溴代制备2,7-二溴芴酮。
2,7-Dibromofluorene was prepared from 2,7-dibromofluorenone by reduction with zinc amalgam and hydrochloric acid in ethanol(w(C2H5OH)=95%).
以2,7-二溴芴酮为原料,锌汞齐和浓盐酸为还原剂,在乙醇中还原反应制备得到了2,7-二溴芴。
