According to the practical experience,the author has found out some reasons of resulting DTY unevenness and dyeing fault(such as spinneds prcness of polyester POY, texturing process andequipment of polyester DTY,etc.

本文作者根据在实践中的经验，分析了涤纶生产中造成ＤＴＹ条干不均和染色不良的一些原因，如ＰＯＹ熔融纺丝工艺、ＤＴＹ加工工艺及设备等，并提出减少ＤＴＹ染色不良的控制措施。
